Résumé

La transplantation de cellules germinales représente une méthode potentielle offrant une possibilité de protection gonadique aux patients devant subir un traitement oncologique. Elle permet la restauration de la spermatogenèse à partir des cellules souches qui sont réinjectées dans les tubes séminifères.

Abstract

Germ cell transplantation is a potentially valuable technique offering oncological patients gonadal protection by reinitiating spermtogenesis from stem cells which were reinfused into the seminiferous tubules
