Résumé
Ambroise Paré, père de la chirurgie, par ses recherches et ses écrits en matière d’andrologie (sexualité, stérilité, conception, hermaphrodisme, génétique) a énormement contribué à la fondation et au développement de cette discipline et peut être considéré à juste titre comme un andrologue avant la lettre.
Abstract
Ambroise Paré, the founder of surgery, made an enormous contribution to the foundation and development of andrology by his research and books concerning this discipline (sexuality, sterility, conception, hermaphroditism, genetics) and is rightly considered to be a pioneer in the field of andrology.
