Clinical observation of La Peyronie’s disease

Resume

La simple observation clinique démontre:

  1. a)

Absract

The simple clinical observation shows that: a) a beginning La Peyronie’s disease is very different than an calficied and advanced one’s, b) physiopathologicaly, an isolated or associated to another collagenopathies La Peyronie’s disease has not likely the same signification, c) the efficiency of the medical treatment changes according to several clinical parameters (as node size, calcifications..). Thus, the clinic always keeps a major place in the La Peyronie’s disease for three main reasons: 1) its diagnosis is above all clinical, 2) its etiological and physiopathological mechanisms, its natural history still remain unclear, hence the need for the clinical research, 3) the more objective evaluation of the new medical treatment implies a precise description of all the clinical parameters.
