Les premières opérations de changement de sexe dans l’antiquité

Résumé
Jusqu’à présent on estimait que les premières interventions de changement de sexe eurent été effectuées par les Perses au 12ème siècle après J.-C. Cependant, l’étude approfondie des œuvres de Diodore de Sicile laisse à croire que les premières opérations de ce genre eurent lieu durant le 1er et le 2ème siècles av. J.-C.
Abstract
Until now, it was considered that the first sex-change operations were performed by the Persians during the 12th century A.D. However, detailed analysis of the works of Diodorus of Sicily suggest that the first sex-change operations were performed during the 1st and 2nd centuries B.C.
