Resume

Le test croisé (TC) ou test de Hühnerin vitro est un test fonctionnel qui permet d’apprécier l’aptitude des spermatozoïdes à migrer dans la glaire cervicale. C’est un test réaliséin vitro. Il exige une participation du couple mais aussi de sperme et glaire témoins. Il constitue une étape importante dans l’investigation de la stérilité conjugale.

Abstract

The crossed hostility test orin-vitro Huhner test is a functional test which evaluates the ability of spermatozoa to migrate in cervical mucus. It is anin-vitro test that requires the involvement of the couple, as well as the provision of control semen and mucus, and constitutes an important step in the investigation of an infertile couple.
