CP treatment significantly (P < 0.05) downregulated Sod1, Cat, and Gpx1 expression, as well as that of Gsr and Gss, all of which were subsequently significantly (P < 0.05) upregulated following RLN treatment. The expression of Cyp11a1 followed a similar pattern. b Testicular SOD, CAT, and GPx activities and GSH levels significantly decreased following CP treatment as compared with the control group; however, RLN administration restored these activities/levels. By contrast, testicular MDA levels significantly increased following CP treatment and significantly decreased after RLN administration.
