Study design. DNA damage was measured in sperm samples by both the SCD test and the TUNEL assay. For SCD test: the intra-observer, inter-observer and inter-slide reliabilities were successively assessed. Afterwards, the inter-method reliability between the SCD test and the TUNEL assay was assessed
