Histopathologic views of parenchyma of a dog’ testis presented 37 days after single intra-testicular injection of zinc gluconate. Degeneration of seminiferous tubules and accumulation of inflammatory cells were observed. In some parts, presence of connective tissue and fibrosis are evident 37 days after injection while Leydig cells and surrounding interstitial tissue are normal in appearance (H&E staining).
