Les auteurs rapportent les tentatives de micro-insémination de spermatides dans des programmes TESE au cours desquels il n'était pas possible de recueillir des spermatozoïdes matures. Des spermatides de divers types ont été utilisées.

La technicité de la micro-insémination est détaillée, de même que les indications du recours à des spermatides. Les résultats concernent tant des cas d'azoospermie sécrétoire qu'excrétoire

Abstract

The authors report their experience with the use of spermatids in TESE programs where mature spermatozoa could not be isolated from testicular biopsies. The details of the indications for spermatid insemination, the technicity of the procedure and the results are exposed.
